Constantine Alexiou

Constantine is a partner of Drudi Alexiou Kuchar LLP. Called to the Bar in 1989, Constantine practices commercial litigation including construction lien and real estate litigation, shareholder and partnership disputes, bankruptcy and insolvency, commercial tenancy issues, defamation, professional negligence, insurance litigation and asset and debt recovery litigation.A graduate of the University of Windsor Law School where Constantine focused on civil litigation and advocacy. Constantine holds an Honours BA degree (1982) from the University of Toronto.

Constantine has conducted trials at all levels across Ontario, appeared before the Ontario Court of Appeal, the Divisional Court of Ontario and the Federal Court of Canada and attended hearings before the Labour Board, the Human Rights Tribunal, the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal and the Ontario Municipal Board.

Constantine has been involved in numerous organizations including the Canadian Bar Association.  He is a former Director and Secretary of the Hellenic Home for the Aged Inc.

Constantine is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the Hellenic Canadian Lawyers Association and the Metropolitan Toronto Lawyers’ Association.

Constantine is an avid golfer.
