Michael Graham “Mike” Tweedie was called to the Ontario Bar in 1983. He took a bilingual B.A. (Hon.) from Glendon College of York University in 1971, a M.A. from the University of Windsor in 1972, a M.Litt. from the University of Aberdeen in Scotland in 1973 and a M.L.S. from Western in 1975. His LL.B. was obtained from the University of Windsor in 1981 and he then articled at Lerner and Associates. As with all lawyers at DAK, Mike specializes in civil litigation and has appeared at every level of court in the province. He is the author of Debt Litigation a commercially-published loose-leaf book focusing on the Canadian law of debtor-creditor contests. He has also written seminar papers presented through the Law Society of Upper Canada and the Ontario Lawyers Association.
